Heir to the Crown

The Heir to the Crown Series begins in Merceria, a realm named after mercenaries who fled the Continent almost a thousand years ago. It is a kingdom born in war, whose people struggled to tame a harsh land. Merceria expanded its borders over the centuries, pushing first east to the Sullen Peaks, then north.

As the series progresses, the borders change, and new realms are revealed, including Weldwyn, Norland, and the Twelve Clans, eventually coming full circle back to the Continent.

The Frozen Flame

Set mainly in the Petty Kingdoms, The Frozen Flame series follows the journeys of Athgar and Natalia across the Continent, beginning south of the Grey Spire Mountains and taking them south to Corassus on the Shimmering Sea. They eventually return north to the area near where Athgar was raised.

Events, however, drive them across the mountains, where new adventures await. The map of the eastern Petty Kingdoms changes significantly thanks to this pair of mages, and their actions throughout the series have far-reaching consequences for the entire Continent of Eiddenwerthe.

Power Ascending

Set in the Petty Kingdoms, the Power Ascending series covers two main subjects: the restoration of Hadenfeld as a major military power in the Petty Kingdoms and The Temple Knights of Saint Agnes, who resist the expansion of the mighty Halvarian Empire.

The Petty Kingdoms consist of a large number of small realms that historically have been at each others’ throats for centuries. Add to this the threat of invasion from the west, and it creates a dangerous mix of politics, war, and deception that threatens to explode at any moment.
